Creating a MySQL Database on cPanel

This article will describe how to access the MySQL databases section of cPanel where you can follow a wizard to create a MySQL database.

To create a MySQL database on cPanel you will first need to login to your cPanel account. Once you're in, you'll see an icon similar to the one below. Click it to access the MySQL portion of your cPanel interface.

You will be presented with a list of MySQL databases, as well as an option to create a new database. The wizard that follows will guide you through the creation of the database and a username to access it. There is also a video tutorial on the page demonstrating how to complete the wizard.
