Installing Trac

[edit] Introduction

Due to the way Trac is installed, we must install Trac for you. However, we can only install Trac if you have a Subversion repository created. Please have this created first before requesting a Trac instance.

Once you have the above requirements, please contact support and let us know that you want a Trac instance setup. We will need:

  • Your client ID
  • The URL you use to access your SVN/Trac account control panel
  • Your SVN / Trac subdomain (svn.yourdomain.com, for example)
  • The username of your SVN / Trac account
  • The name of the Subversion repository you wish to create the Trac instance for
