You do not usually need to enter the IP addresses, but they are provided above if your registrar requires them.
[edit] About our DNS Network
Our DNS network is geographically distributed and redundant. The failure of one (or even two) of our DNS servers will not result in any substantial outage of our services (at most, pages may appear to load a bit more slowly on the first visit if one or even a few of the nameservers is down). It has a 5 minute TTL (time to live) so that any changes made by us (or by you, at your direction) take effect very quickly.
[edit] Adding a Domain
If you point a domain to our nameservers, you will need to fill out our DNS Add/Modify Form so that we can add it to our nameservers.
